This one's my personal favorite because it's where most people surprise themselves. We're blending boxing combos, kickboxing drills, and explosive movements with zero rest mentality. You don't need fighting experience - you just need to be ready to push hard.

Prerequisites: You should have decent squat mobility and some barbell experience. We'll assess you in your first session.

Okay, real talk - most people skip this stuff until they're hurt. Don't be that person. Recovery work isn't soft or boring when you're actually doing it right. We use active recovery techniques, deep tissue work, and mobility drills that'll make you move better in everything else you do.
